Sir Gawain and the Green Knight - Neil D. Isaacs, Unknown, Burton Raffel well hi,
i am not a epic poem lover so the text was boring ,speacially hunting parts.but the most interesting part when our teacher said( deer first kiss deal, boar two kiiss deal, fox three kiss deal) Gawain was the one who hunted and similar to the animal and ofcourse our lady is the hunter.
Revelation moment feels a bit too absurd and meaningful same time, he fails in piety but this is forgable for whom would like to being dead. Greeb Knight's fake blows reminds me cat and mouse chase, but in this case mouse is held by an unvisible bounds.
